We help design and implement effective sales management practices, which is usually a gap observed in start-ups. We work along with the team to develop marketing collaterals and drive ongoing marketing campaigns for sustained and enhanced revenues.
Finance and Accounts: We help establish efficient and relevant Finance and Accounts processes suited for early-stage companies. We assist to raise the next round of funds for our portfolio companies, thus ensuring a smooth transition from an early stage start-up to a mature company.
Legal support: We provide continuous help in documenting standard contracts and agreements and also guide in seeking regulatory and statutory approvals.
Human Resource Management: We help mitigate the uncertainty in the minds of the employees by putting in place a formal structure to the HR related activities. We assist in the hiring process and provide strategic and operational support in areas like career planning and organization design.
Investment: Though we are great believers of boot-strapping as a concept, we do invest in start-ups where there is genuine requirement of investments. Our typical investment amount varies between $10,000 and $100,000.
